My name is Christina and I started Pioneer Vacations in 2022, after seven+ years of working in Crested Butte's vacation rental industry. My husband, Jeff and I are the dream team and with our combined wealth of knowledge and experience, we are confident in providing our services to the Crested Butte community.
The growth of the short term rental (STR) industry in Crested Butte is leaving longstanding property managers in the valley overloaded with work. This leaves homeowners wondering if their property is getting the attention it deserves. Pioneer Vacations aims for quality over quantity so we can provide a full-service package that delivers on promises.
I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Christina and the condo itself. The only things that exceeded the well-appointed and comfortable space, was the spectacular views and access to the mountain. I've been to CBMR 20+ times in my life and this was the most convenient and comfortable space I've had on the mountain. Christina was attentive and proactive. The whole experience with her and our stay in the condo was the cornerstone of a truly incredible trip.
Christina was an incredible host!! Extremely responsive to our questions, the condo was modern and updated. And you could literally walk out the door to the slopes - absolutely perfect, and exactly what we were looking for! We'd love to come visit again.
An awesome condo with a view to die for. Christmas lighting and decorations were a delight and thoughtful. The amenities were great and the lighting and heating in the condo were top notch. Everything you need to cook your own food, and eat in, was there. Loved our week here. Ski in and ski out was perfect. Parking was right out front. Powder fresh snow made our week perfect. Thank you Christina, for your messages and checking in with us.
The view was incredable and the Condo was outfitted with everything you need plus highend appliances (there was nothing it didn't have). You can tell the owners really care. Its cozy with a great view. The host did a wonderful job quickly answering some questions I had. Would stay there again and highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay in this condo! A bit before Crested Butte, very calm, beautiful views, great whirlpool and skiresort easy to reach by car or car/free bus starting from CB. The condo was splendid! It has everything you need, super kitchen, good style in furniture (we call it chalet chic) and very clean. It was a pleasure to chat with Christina, she is a great host and reacts very fast! Hope to come back soon!
We absolutely loved staying here during our weekend trip to Crested Butte! Close enough to downtown and the mountain, and such a cute and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again!
